How to Crochet Bucket Bag using Loop Stitch

I made this bucket bag using loop stitch which is a little bit easy to make. For beginners, it will take a little while to get used to the new way of holding the working yarn with the index finger but believe me. It is going to be worth it. I have  been thinking about some other ideas using loop stitches and this is just one of them.

 For this project you may use any yarn of your choice. You should make a swatch first to check if the hook you are using is perfect for the yarn.  The Chevron stitch is done in rows of single crochets in  back loop only. It's in multiples of 13. How To Crochet Morrocan Tile Stitch Purse

Materials used: 3.75 mm (No. 5) Crochet Hook 1.75 mm Steel hook Zipper Yarns (Teal and White) You may use any hook and yarn of your choice. This stitch is done in multiples of 3. ROUND 1: Using a steel hook to easily poke through the holes of the zipper, start on the upper ends of the zip with 1 single crochet. You may mark 29 holes in advance along the edges of the zip so that it would be easy to work 1 SC across until you get to the other end for a total of 29 SCs. Once you get to the other end, chain 2. Pivot your work and work 29 single crochets on the opposite side. Don't forget to chain 2 before slip stitching on top of the first single crochet made. ROUND 2: Using a bigger hook 3.75 mm, Chain 1. Work 1 SC on the same stitch. Work 1 single crochet in each stitch around including the chain 2 on each corner. The number of stitches should be 66.  It's been a challenging journey for me as a Crocheter of almost 6 years. When I first uploaded a video on how to make the Moroccan Tile Stitch Purse, which happened to be the first design I have made.  I remember Ate Remy who is a good friend and my sister-in-law's aunt. She bought many purses using the design I posted on Facebook. It was a Sunday. It was actually a gloomy Sunday for me. I was broke that time and almost giving up on YouTube. I actually uploaded a few tutorials in which I think did not seem to be great if not good. Most of them (the videos)are done without too much effort or should I say I did not have enough experience in editing or marketing.  So Ate Remy ordered about 100 pieces of these purses and then I thought of why not making a tutorial since I will be making them 100 times in different colors..  I was asked to make some more designs and so I did it.
